Mysterious Pentagram In Kazakhstan

On 2013, an enormous Pentagram within a circle measuring roughy 1,200 ft (366 m) in diameter, etched into the Earth's surface on the southern shore of the Upper Tobol Reservoir in northern Kazakhstan, shows up vividly on Google Maps and has led to excited speculation: could it be linked to devil worship or denizens of the underworld? The pentagram are commonly associated with devil-worship, but are also used in the Bahai religion, and other religious groups, such as the Mesopotamians, Freemasons, Wiccans and Chinese Taoism as well as neopaganists and followers of the Greek mathematician Pythagoras. The pentagram was used as a Christian symbol in ancient times to represent the five senses and to symbolise the five wounds of Christ. It was also believe to protect against demons.

Kurt Yates, one of the internet user from Seattle, Washington said that it's probably an abandoned surface to air missile (SAM) site.

However, there are almost no other signs of human habitation in the area; the closest settlement is the town of Lisakovsk, about 13 miles (21 km) to the east. The region surrounding Lisakovsk is riddled with Bronze Age settlements, cemeteries and burial grounds, many of which have yet to be explored.
